MedSoft has a complete organizer. This organizer can be used for medical appointments such as activities, exams and surgeries, or for the user’s personal appointments. You can create many organizers for each user, or organizers for equipments (ultrasonographer, electrocardiograph, tomography devices, etc).
The appointments can be linked to attendances and thus do the financial control from inside of the organizer.

There two ways of creating an organizer:
Whenever a new user is added to the system, a new organizer is automatically created for that user.
To add, edit or delete organizers manually, follow these steps:
Select the Organizer from the MSExplorer Organizers folder.
Use the records panel resources to add new organizers.

The organizer windows can be open in the following ways:
Press the F11 key (if there is an already open organizer, this command will give focus to this organizer; if there is more than one open organizer, the command will give alternate between the organizers in the order they were open).
Press Control+F11: this command always opens a new organizer.
Click on the dropdown list on the Organizers on the tool bar and then choose Add.
Choose which organizer will be open: when an organizer is open, a specific routine checks how many organizers the logged user can access. If the user can access only one organizer, this one will be open. If the user has access to more than one organizer, a Search List is open with the names of the organizers, so the user can select the one he wants. Some users need to work with more than one open organizer, like secretaries, for an example.
To bring up these already open organizers, try one of the options below:
Click on the organizers on the tool bar dropdown list, and then click on the name of the organizer.
Click on the organizers on the tool bar dropdown list an then click on ‘Next organizer’
Press F11
